Return Policy

 

If you receive a game that is missing a piece or a part,

please call our office and we will gladly send you the necessary item.

 

If you receive a game that is damaged, please call our office immediately for instructions

as to how to return and obtain full credit. Speaking with you helps us to determine

if the damage occurred in the factory, or during shipping. Either way, we will replace the game,

but it helps us to know which vendor is responsible.

 

Unopened games in their original plastic seal may be returned for a refund,

less the original shipping and handling charges. Return shipping charges are your responsibility,

except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.

 

All returns must be sent within 30 days, and include a copy of the packing slip indicating

the order number, purchaser's name, and shipping address.
